FAMILY REUNIONS & GROUPS

REUNION & GROUP INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES

Thank you for considering Spokane Creek Cabins & Campground for your family reunion or group gathering.  We have put together some information and guidelines to help you in planning your gathering and to ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe visit.

Planning your Reunion or Group Event:

Spokane Creek has limited availability for reunions/groups each summer season so please plan your event in advance.  Most of our reunions are booked 1 – 2 years out.

  • Choose your dates - it might be good to have a few different options.  July is a very busy month, dates in late May to mid June or mid to late August have a better chance of being open, as well as dates during the week versus over a weekend.

  • Your dates are reserved - Once Spokane Creek has verified that the dates you need or want are available for a reunion, a group reservation will be set up in our system.  A group reservation is only a hold on cabins and sites specifically for your family/group until a specified date.

  • Members of your group “claim” a cabin or site - Group reservations prevent others from booking held cabins or sites for a period of time, allowing time for each member of your group to call and “claim” a cabin or site for their reservation.  Group reservations do expire, so be sure to let your family/group know there is a deadline for holding cabins and sites and that they must call and make a reservation.

  • Place a deposit - Reservations require a 2-night deposit that will be due by January of the year of the reunion.

  • Cancellations for reunions require a 90-day notice in order to get a refund of the deposit less the cancellation fee.  Individual site or cabin reservation cancellations refer to our cancellation policy.

  • We have a pavilion available to rent for groups.

  • Pavilion rental will be $100.00 a day and includes the use of the pavilion, campsites 30 & 31 (which are directly behind the pavilion) and rental of the 2 gas grills located at the pavilion - 2 day minimum.

Reunion/Group Guidelines:

  • Quiet time is from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am and is strictly enforced.

  • Please respect your neighbors, they are on vacation also.

  • Campground speed limit is 7 ½ mph – children are everywhere!

  • NO PARKING at the pavilion or in front of the shower house – these are unloading zones only.  Park vehicles in the field past the volleyball area used for overflow parking.

  • Trash barrels and bags are provided, it is your responsibility to empty them.  If you need assistance please let us know.

  • Pets are to be kept on a leash and tethered at ALL times and must be picked up after.

  • Cigarette cans are provided – please use them.  If you need more let us know.

  • Outside visitors are welcome, but they must register at the office to pay daily use fees and receive a car pass.  Daily use fees are $5.00 per person, children 5 and under are free.

  • Extra picnic tables are available, please ask a staff member if you need more.  Do not move picnic tables from other sites.

  • Turn out the lights and extinguish fires when everyone leaves.

  • Please leave the pavilion area and the campground as you found it….clean!  You can be charged a fee for leaving a mess or for damage to pavilion, tables or equipment.

  • Want a group photo, we would be happy to take one!

  • Thank you for your cooperation, enjoy your stay and let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay better.

Failure to follow these and other campground rules will lead to your group being asked to leave without refunds.
